Bianca Cheung in #ArtsinthePark

Next up, we have Bianca Cheung. This was her first #ArtsinthePark and HKYAF project, and she performed in Anca Chung’s To Infinity and Beyond.

I loved… the dance and the amazing friends I have made. I am so happy to see everyone having the time of their lives on stage and trying their best.
 
I learned…to let go and just dance with joy because what is the point if you don’t love what you are doing?

I am going to miss… the feeling of dancing To Infinity And Beyond on stage with all the amazing performers I have met during this experience. It is truly an amazing feeling when you are on stage with others who share the same dream, passion and joy.  
 
I laugh when I think back to… the times we messed up. Although it was hard to do some of the lifts I have never done before, we still had lots of fun helping each other and did not discourage but encouraged others while having a good laugh as well. 
 
Tell us something we don’t know… Ballet is my comfort zone, so this dance was very different from what I usually do, but it surprised me as I enjoyed it a lot.
 
Challenges? The main one would be to let go and just dance. I am usually trained classically so I had a hard time figuring out how to just be free without all these restrictions.
 
What’s next…? I hope to have more opportunities with YAF and especially with my amazing friends and let us not forget Anca who has helped us through everything. Thank you!

My dream superpower is… probably to fly. When I am dancing, it is like flying. I’m free and soaring through the skies without worrying about anything. That is the most amazing feeling ever :)
